CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of March 22, 2004 - Regular Meeting Page 4 of 24 2) John Jones, Attorney, property owner of 5200 and 5250 South U.S. Highway 17-92, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. 3) Nick Thompson, 1082 Crystal Bowl Circle, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. 4) Michael Levine, 6150 South U.S. Highway 17-92, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04- 1120. 5) Bernard Fudim, 906 Niblick Drive, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04-1120. 6) Sandy Strange, owner of Casselberry's Patio Bar, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04- 1120. 7) Lois Fairweather, Member, Christian Coalition of Florida, 973 Stonewood Lane, Maitland and property owner in Casselberry, spoke in favor of Ord~mance 04-1120. 8) Garrett George, (did not disclose address), stated he was a former resident of Casselberry and spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. 9) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, stated he was supportive of Ordinance 04- 1120 if it provided for hours of consumption the same as those of adjacent cities. George Beatty, 337 Red Wing Way, (Unincorporated Seminole County), spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the Public Hearing. MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- 1120 on second and final reading as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 5 - 0. III. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1121 CITY CODE/ULDR REVISIONS MOTION: Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 04-1121 by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
