Mayor Pronovost closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1120 on second and final reading as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion <br />carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes.
