CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 22, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 of 24 <br /> <br />2) John Jones, Attorney, property owner of 5200 and 5250 South U.S. Highway 17-92, <br />spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />3) Nick Thompson, 1082 Crystal Bowl Circle, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />4) Michael Levine, 6150 South U.S. Highway 17-92, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04- <br />1120. <br /> <br />5) Bernard Fudim, 906 Niblick Drive, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />6) Sandy Strange, owner of Casselberry's Patio Bar, spoke in opposition of Ordinance 04- <br />1120. <br /> <br />7) Lois Fairweather, Member, Christian Coalition of Florida, 973 Stonewood Lane, <br />Maitland and property owner in Casselberry, spoke in favor of Ord~mance 04-1120. <br /> <br />8) Garrett George, (did not disclose address), stated he was a former resident of Casselberry <br />and spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />9) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, stated he was supportive of Ordinance 04- <br />1120 if it provided for hours of consumption the same as those of adjacent cities. <br /> <br /> George Beatty, 337 Red Wing Way, (Unincorporated Seminole County), spoke in favor <br />of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1120 on second and final reading as presented. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion <br />carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br />III. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1121 CITY CODE/ULDR <br /> <br />REVISIONS <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 04-1121 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Doerner. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
