No one came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1119 on second and final reading, as amended. Motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Hart. Motion carried <br />unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doemer - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br />II. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 04-1120 - AMENDMENT TO THE CITY <br /> <br />CODE - CHAPTER 10 - HOURS OF SALE/BAR CLOSING <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 04-1120 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 04-1120 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORDA, AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 10-2, HOURS OF SALE GENERALLY, AND SECTION 10-3, CLOSING <br />PROCEDURES, OF CHAPTER 10, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES TO ELIMINATE THE PROVISION OF THIRTY (30) ADDITIONAL <br />MINUTES FOR CONSUMPTION PURPOSES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Legal Advertisement: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Orffmance 04-1120 was published in the <br />Orlando Sentinel on March 11, 2004. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: No staffpresentation was made. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for <br />or against Ordinance 04-1120. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) Bill Stevens, Executive Director of the Christian Coalition of Florida, 720 Oakland Hill <br />Circle, #200, Lake Mary, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1120 and referenced several area <br />cities and counties that have a similar ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
