CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of Januar~ 12, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page $ of 24 <br /> <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) William Clark, 2017 Kewannee Trail, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (10), Senior Citizen Multi-Purpose Center Advisory Board By-Laws <br />(Modifications). <br /> <br />2) Valerie Barber-Simpson, 919 Laura Street, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (10), Senior Citizen Multi-Purpose Center Advisory Board By-Laws <br />(Modifications). <br /> <br />3) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (1), Special Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report; <br />(2), First Reading of Ordinance 04-1112; (3) First Reading of Ordinance 04-1113; (4), First <br />Reading of Ordinance 04-1114; (5), First Reading of Ordinance 04-1115; (6), First Reading <br />of Ordinance 04-1116; (7), First Reading of Ordinance 04-1117; (8), First Reading of <br />Ordinance 04-1118; and (14), Resolution 04-1470. Mr. Casselberry stated he wished to <br />research 1973 City utility transactions and the EMS records for his mother's transport in <br />1990 and requested the City not destroy any records pertaining to those matters. ~OTE: <br />The documents Mr. Casselberry referenced had been maintained and destroyed in <br />accordance with State records retention requirements.) <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed Audience Participation. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />a) Minutes of December 8, 2003 <br /> <br />b) Budget Transfer from Forfeiture Funds - Police Department <br /> <br />BTR ~04-16: <br /> <br />INCREASE Acct. #105-0000-389.90 <br />(Other Non-Operating Sources - Fund Balance Carryover) <br />INCREASE Acct. #105-0610-521-54.00 <br />(Books, Publications, Subscriptions and Memberships) <br />INCREASE Acct. # 105 -0610-521-40.00 <br />(Travel & Per Diem) <br /> <br />$ 5,200.00 <br />$ 4,150.00 <br />$1,050.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
