(3) <br /> <br />Site lighting using spot or floodlight fixtures mounted on building walls, roofs, or <br />poles shall be shielded, either fully or partially, and angled downward, so that no <br />light escapes above a 65-degree angle measured from a vertical tine from the <br />center of the light extended to the ground, and the light shall not cause glare or <br />~ight trespass (See Figure 1). The uo-{iohtim3 of ~andscaoino and emhitectura{ <br />features shall be exempt from this reauirement, but must meet the reeauirements of <br /> <br /> SECTION 7. Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter III, Performance Criteria, Article <br />X, Appearance, Design and Compatibility, Section 3-10.2(6)(C)(2)(b)(6) shall be added as follows: <br /> <br /> 2. Exterior lighting. <br /> <br />b. Luminaire . <br /> <br />[1-5 unchanged] <br /> <br />Accent liahtina shall be limited to Iow voltaae systems of 12 or 24 volts with a <br />maximum individual bulb wattaee of 50 watts. A full cutoff fixture with a recesse~ <br />bulb shall be used. The bulb shall be fully shielded 8nd aimed away from any <br />vehicular use areas or readwavs. Fiber optic or "roDe" liahtina shall not be allowed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 8: Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter III, Performance Criteria, <br />Article X, Appearance, Design and Compatibility, Section 3-10.9, Parking of vehicles in residential districts, <br /> <br />subsection C, Exceptions, subsection 1, will be amended as follows: <br /> C. Exceptions. <br /> <br /> 1.
