The liGhtinG should aesthetically <br />enhance the overall site and not create olara or light tresoass. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter III, Performance Criteria, Adicle <br />X, Appearance, Design and Compatibility, Section 3-10.2(6), Exterior Lighting, subsection C(1)(a) shall be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> C. Criteria <br /> <br /> 1. Photometric plan. <br /> <br /> a. All applications for site plan review, conditional use, or subdivisions, except applications <br /> for duplexes and single family homes shall include lighting plans showing location, type, <br /> and height of all fixtures and poles, and photometrics in foot-candle output of all proposed <br /> and existing fixtures on-site and within fi~ feet of the site.
