C. Required off-street loading spaces. The following off-street loading spaces shall be <br />provided for the uses indicated. All loading areas shall be designed in a manner that maintains all <br />movements onsite without entry directly into the right-of-way. <br /> <br />1. Every hospital, institution, hotel, commercial or industrial building, or similar use having a <br /> floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet, requiring the receipt or distribution by vehicle of <br /> materials and merchandise shall have at leest one permanently maintained off-street loading <br /> space for each 10,000 square feet of gross floor area or fraction thereof. <br /> <br />2.
