whether payment therefor is made at some other time. If a <br />licensee is a corporation, its officers shall be regarded as the <br />owners of the license for the purpose of enfomement of this <br />Chapter. Alcoholic beverages shall only be sold, aRd <br />purchased, or consumed at an establishment within the City <br />during the following days of the week and during the following <br />hours: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, <br />Saturday and Sunday of any week from 7:00 a.m. until <br />2:00 a.m. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />It shall be a violation to sell, er purchase or consume alcoholic <br />beverages at an establishment within the City at any other time <br />than set forth in Subsection (a)(1) of this Section. A violation of <br />this Section shall be punishable as prescribed by F.S. § <br />562.14(3). <br /> <br /> SECTION TWO: Section 10-3, Closing hours and procedures, of Chapter <br />10, Alcoholic Beverages of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 10-3. Closing heurs-a~l procedures. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All persons holding a beverage license and operating a place <br />of business in which alcoholic beverages are sold within the <br />City shall not keep the place of business open except during <br />the hours authorized in Section 10-2 unless the establishment <br />is to be kept open for purposes other than the sale of alcoholic <br />beverages. <br /> <br />(1) Sub!ect to the exceotion in subsection 2. any <br />establishment selely in the business of selling alcoholic <br />beverages, c'Jch =s includi?__g bars, saloons, taverns, pubs, <br />lounges, package stores, entertainment establishments.__adult <br />entertainment establishments~ and the like, shall, at thc tlmc <br />.......... ~ ~,. ............... on 10 2, 2:00 ¢t.m. cause all <br />outside lights on the premises occupied to be extinguished and <br />shall cause all entrances and exits, other than fire exits, to be <br />locked.
