beverages shall secure their alcoholic beverage stock so that <br />customers may not obtain access thereto during the hours <br />prohibited by Section 10-2. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to permit any <br />establishment or person to sell. er serve or consum~e alcoholic <br />beverages during prohibited hours. <br /> <br /> SECTION THREE. SEVERABILITY. If any section or portion of a section of this <br />Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to impair <br />the validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> SECTION FOUR. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this <br />Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re- <br />lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to <br />"Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br /> <br /> SECTION FIVE.
