<br />buildings, of Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />3. Detached, open carports. A detached, open carport, consisting of a <br />roof and supporting members, shall be set back a minimum of five feet <br />from the rear and side property lines. Detached, open carports shall not <br />exceed 500 square feet in area. Detached, open carports shall not <br />exceed 15 feet in height or the height of the roof line of the main <br />structure, whichever is less. Detached, open carports shall not project <br />beyond the established feaf frllIIt building line. <br /> <br />SECTION 13. Subsection B, Commercial or industrial fences, of Section 2-7.10, Fences and walls, <br /> <br />of Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />B. Commercial or industrial fences. Fences or walls may be <br />erected in any commercial or industrial district to provide <br />buffering. The fence heiaht shall not exceed 72 inches <br />above the finished arade. Fences constructed with chain <br />link shall use vinvl clad chain link. either areen or black. <br />When other materials are used for fencina. the finished <br />side shall face out. Walls shall be finished similarlv on <br />both sides. Barbed wire or similar materials may be used in <br />an industrial district provided the use is limited to a maximum <br />of three strands installed a minimum of six feet above the <br />finished grade. Barbed wire may be used in a commercial <br />district provided a conditional use is granted by the <br />Administrative Official and the use is limited to a maximum of <br />three strands installed a minimum of six feet above the finished <br />grade. <br /> <br />SECTION 14. Section 2-7.11, Exceptions to height regulations, of Article VII, General Regulations, <br /> <br />of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />Section 2-7.11. Exceptions to height regulations.
