A detached, open carport, consisting of a roof and supporting members, shall be set back a minimum of five feet from the rear and side property lines. Detached, open carports shall not exceed 500 square feet in area. Detached, open carports shall not exceed 15 feet in height or the height of the roof line of the main structure, whichever is less. Detached, open carports shall not project beyond the established feaf frllIIt building line. SECTION 13. Subsection B, Commercial or industrial fences, of Section 2-7.10, Fences and walls, of Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is amended as follows: B. Commercial or industrial fences. Fences or walls may be erected in any commercial or industrial district to provide buffering. The fence heiaht shall not exceed 72 inches above the finished arade. Fences constructed with chain link shall use vinvl clad chain link. either areen or black. When other materials are used for fencina. the finished side shall face out. Walls shall be finished similarlv on both sides. Barbed wire or similar materials may be used in an industrial district provided the use is limited to a maximum of three strands installed a minimum of six feet above the finished grade. Barbed wire may be used in a commercial district provided a conditional use is granted by the Administrative Official and the use is limited to a maximum of three strands installed a minimum of six feet above the finished grade.
