Subsection A, General Requirements, of Section 2-7.9, Accessory structures, of <br /> <br />Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />A. General requirements. Accessory structures must be <br />constructed simultaneously with, or following, the construction <br />of the principal structure and shall not be used until after the <br />principal structure has been fully erected. Erection of tents, .Ql <br />tent-like structures. to serve as primary or accessory <br />structures shall be prohibited. Further. no accessorY <br />structure shall Droiect beyond the established front <br />buildina line or side corner buildina line. <br /> <br />Accessory buildings shall be designed to blend aesthetically <br />with the main structure. Detached accessory building walls <br />shall not exceed eight feet in height, and roof peaks shall not <br />exceed 11 feet in height for buildings 160 square feet or less. <br />Buildings greater than 160 square feet shall not exceed the <br />height of the roof line of the main structure. Accessory <br />structures which are attached to the main building shall be <br />considered part of the main structure and shall not exceed the <br />height of the roof line of the main structure. No accessory <br />structure may be located within any recorded easement. No <br />more than two such accessory buildings may be located on <br />any lot. <br /> <br />Variance from the requirements of this section may be granted <br />by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Subsection 1 of Subsection 2-7.9B, Setback requirements for detached accessory <br />buildings, of Article VII, General Regulations, of Chapter Ii, District and General Regulations, is revised as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Accessory buildings equal to or less than 160 square feet. A <br />detached accessory building ~ less than or eaual to 160 square <br />feet shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from the main structure and <br />may be located adjacent to a side or rear lot line. No accessory building <br />shall be closer than four feet to any other accessory building on the <br />same lot. No detached accessory building shall project beyond the <br />established front building line. On double frontage lots, the building <br />must be set back a minimum of 15 feet from the lot line opposite the lot <br />line upon which the main structure fronts. <br /> <br />SECTION 12.
