<br />Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />10. No home occupation shall include personal services such as <br />massage parlor, cosmetology, barbering, or beauty shop; <br />oersonal counselina or trainina services; public dining or <br />lea room; retail sales fortune telling or clairvoyance; food <br />processing for sale; kennels; animal grooming; radio or <br />television repair; furniture repair, refinishing or building; <br />cabinetmaking; boat building; automobile or other vehicle <br />servicing; rebuilding or repair shops; metal fabrication or other <br />similar activity including uses of welding or cutting torches; <br />child care facilities (such child care facilities must comply with <br />the applicable State Statute, as may hereafter be amended); <br />funeral homes; medical or dental laboratories; showroom or <br />display area; or any activity similar to any of the above listed <br />activities. No prohibited land use shall be approved as a home <br />occupation. <br /> <br />SECTION 16. Subsection C(l )(a) of Section 2-7.20, Mobile homes, of Article Vii, Generai <br /> <br />Regulations, of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />C. Design requiremenls. <br />(1 )(a) All such mobile homes shall have a sG\'erea ear~eFl, a <br />garage or a carport with a ~tiIity reOFA aliaGAea te the saFj3eR an <br />attached utilitv room, and concrete steps for principal mobile home <br />entrances. <br /> <br />SECTION 17. Subsection B.3, Separation Requirements, B.3.a, B.3.b and B.3.c, of Section 2- <br /> <br />7.22., Satellite dishes and communication antennae and towers, of Article VII, General Regulations, of <br /> <br />Chapter II, District and General Regulations, is revised as follows: <br /> <br />B.3. Separation requirements. For purposes of measurement, communication tower <br />setbacks as listed in S~IlGe6tieR ~(ll) Table 3/bl and separation distances as <br />listed in sullGsstieR ~(G) Table 3/cl shall be calculated and applied to facilities <br />located in the City of Casselberry irrespective of municipal and county <br />jurisdictional boundaries. <br /> <br />a. Communication tower separation shall be measured from the base of the tower to the <br />nearest property line of off-site uses (s~86estioR ~.8 /Table 3/b) and/or designated <br />areas as specified in the table set forth in sussestieR ~(ol Table 3/cl <br /> <br />b.
