<br />sanitary condition at all times. Each vehicle shall have clearly visible on each side, the <br /> <br />name and phone number of the Franchisee and the vehicle number. <br /> <br />b. The Franchisee shall install, and maintain m good working <br /> <br />condition, a method of communication that would allow the driver and/or other collection <br /> <br />personnel the means to contact either City emergency personnel directly or other City <br /> <br />staff that may summon assistance in the case of an emergency. <br /> <br />c. Franchisee shall certify to the City upon the commencement of <br /> <br />each franchise year the nature and quantity of vehicles and equipment on hand and <br /> <br />available for regular collcction services and back-up in the event of the breakdown of any <br /> <br />primary collection vehicles. <br /> <br />d. Each dumpster shall be systematically marked with the <br /> <br />Franchisee's name and account type (Solid Waste or Recycling), in a manner approved <br /> <br />by the City to identify its capacity in cubic yardage, scheduled date of pick-up and its <br /> <br />dumpster number;" i.e., 6, MWF, 452 would be a six (6) yard dumpster, to be picked up <br /> <br />Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and it would be dumpster number 452. Such markings <br /> <br />shall be amended to provide such other information as the City may require promptly <br /> <br />upon receipt of a notice from the City requiring a change of container markings. <br /> <br />e. All vehicles must have operable washout systems for disinfecting <br /> <br />commercial service containers. <br /> <br />f. All front loading vehicles must be equipped with hopper doors to <br /> <br />prevent material from blowing out of the area where material is placed into the vehicle. <br /> <br />8 <br />
