<br />g. All trucks or other vehicles used on the public streets and roads <br /> <br />within the City of Casselberry should be required to conform to all current state motor <br /> <br />vehicle requirements. <br /> <br />h. All trucks or other vehicles used on the public streets and roads <br /> <br />within the City of Casselberry may be required to pass an annual safety inspection <br /> <br />conducted by the City of Casselberry, State of Florida Department of Transportation or <br /> <br />its agents. This inspection shall be paid for by the Franchisee. <br /> <br />I. In conducting the required annual inspection the City shall utilize <br /> <br />the standards previously utilized by the State of Florida in its vehicle inspection program. <br /> <br />Where the vehicle manufacturer's recommended minimum requirements are more <br /> <br />stringent than the former State of Florida requirements, the more stringent requirements <br /> <br />shall apply. <br /> <br />J. All vehicles shall be subject to, and shall immediately submit to <br /> <br />spot, or on the road inspections, and if found to be in non-compliance, said vehicle shall <br /> <br />be immediately removed from service until it can be repaired and is successfully <br /> <br />reinspectcd. <br /> <br />k. The use of non-inspected vehicles or vehicles failing to meet <br /> <br />inspection standards may be grounds for the removal of the Franchise, after notice to the <br /> <br />Franchisee and an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />70-63. OFFICE. The Franchisee shall establish and maintain a local office or <br /> <br />such other facilities through which it can be contacted, where service may be applied for, <br /> <br />and complaints can be made. It shall be equipped with sufficient telephones, shall have <br /> <br />one (l) qualified and responsible person in charge during collection hours, and shall be <br /> <br />9 <br />
