Franchisee shall <br /> <br />provide adequatc containers for the services rendered hereunder. Containers must be in <br /> <br />good condition cleaned, repaired, and painted as needed by the Franchisee. If requested <br /> <br />by the City, the Franchisee shall replace old or damaged containers with newer ones. <br /> <br />Such container shall be provided at Franchisee's cost and shall remain the property of <br /> <br />Franchisee, unless the container is owned by the customer. <br /> <br />b. Collection containers shall have plastic versus metal lids in order <br /> <br />to control noise nuisance. <br /> <br />70-6 I. SPECIAL MATERIALS. <br /> <br />a. Hazardous Materials. Franchisee may provide haul servIce for <br /> <br />special and hazardous materials not routinely generated in business or commercial areas. <br /> <br />Said materials shall be stored and placed in a manner approved by the City and the <br /> <br />Franchisee. No hazardous wastes will be collected by the Franchisee unless specifically <br /> <br />required by the generator, approved by the City and agreed to by the Franchisee. There <br /> <br />shall be an additional fee for spccial or hazardous materials pick-ups. <br /> <br />b. Large Debris. Franchise may provide haul service for large debris <br /> <br />and volume determination and rate will be negotiated between the Franchisee and the <br /> <br />business. <br /> <br />70-62. FRANCHISEE'S EQUIPMENT. <br /> <br />a. The Franchisee shall provide an adequate number of vehicles for <br /> <br />regular collection servIces.
