<br />70-58. HOURS. <br /> <br />a. Collections shall be made between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless <br /> <br />different times are approved by the City. <br />b. In the event the Franchisee fail(s) to comply with permitted hours <br /> <br />of operation, or with any term or provision of this Franchise, the City may impose a fine <br /> <br />of One Hundred and 00/1 00 Dollars ($ I 00.00) per such non-compliance. Additional <br /> <br />violations of the same nature within a six (6) month period will cause the fine to be <br /> <br />increased by One Hundred and 00/1 00 Dollars ($ I 00.00) for each individual instance. <br /> <br />Failure to pay such fines may result in a hearing to consider revocation of contract. <br /> <br />c. On those days when the disposal site generally used by the <br /> <br />Franchisee is closed in commemoration of a holiday, the Franchisee shall reschedule the <br /> <br />collection of that day's routes within that week. When possible, the Franchisee shall <br /> <br />provide to the commercial establishment in advance a list of approved holidays and the <br /> <br />alternate pick-up days. In the event of an unforeseen event, the Franchisee shall notify <br /> <br />the commercial establishment of the change in service as soon as possible. <br /> <br />70-59. LITTER. The Franchisee shall not litter premises roads, streets or rights- <br /> <br />of-way in the process of making collections and shall promptly pick up all papers, <br /> <br />material, or debris that may come out of the container during pick-up. The Franchisee <br /> <br />shall collect all material that has been placed in or about the containers unless otherwise <br /> <br />directed by the City. <br />70-60. APPROVED CONTAINERS. <br /> <br />a. Amounts and types of solid waste placed in containers for <br /> <br />collection shall be stored in standard manufactured-type mechanically served containers <br /> <br />6 <br />
