<br />(I I) Convenience Market means a facility typically open from 15 to 24 hours daily selling <br />primarily a limited assortment of food, food preparation and wrapping materials and household <br />cleaning and serving items. Convenience markets may also sell fuel for motor vehicles. <br /> <br />(12) Day Care Center means a free-standing facility where care for pre-school children is <br />provided during normal daytime hours and may provide after school care for older children. <br />Generally, the facilities include classrooms, offices, eating areas and playgrounds. <br /> <br />(13) Discount Store means free-standing facilities with off street parking that offer a variety of <br />customer services, centralized cashiering, and a wide range of products. They typically maintain <br />long store hours seven days a week, and may be found in mutual operation with a related or <br />unrelated garden center or service station. <br /> <br />(14) Drug Store means retail facilities that primarily sell prescription and non-prescription drugs. <br />These facilities may also sell cosmetics, toiletries, medications, stationary, personal care <br />products, limited food products, and general merchandise. <br /> <br />(15) Dwelling Unit means any housing unit for the purpose of providing residential shelter; each <br />single-family residential unit; each housing unit within a residential condominium, duplex, <br />triplex, mobile home, modular housing, manufactured home, or multiple family building <br />designated or intended to provide human habitation. <br /> <br />(16) Encumbered, in reference to funds for capital improvements, means funds committed in the <br />capital improvements program for a specified improvement on a specified time schedule. <br /> <br />(17) Existing Structure means a structure for which an impact fee has never been paid. <br /> <br />(18) Furniture Store means a store which specializes in the sale of furniture, and often carpeting. <br />They are generally large and include storage areas. <br /> <br />(19) General Office Spaces means a building housing one or more tenants where the affairs of a <br />business, commercial or industrial organization, professional person or firm are conducted. <br /> <br />(20) General Retail means one or more establishments devoted to selling merchandise, goods <br />and products to consumers. <br /> <br />(21) Golf Course means an area designed for playing the game of golf, including any clubhouse, <br />with or without bar and banquet facilities. <br /> <br />(22) Hardware Store means free-standing buildings with off street parking and offer hardware <br />and painting supplies. <br /> <br />(23) Home Improvement Superstore means free-standing warehouse type facilities which offer a <br />variety of customer services and centralized cashiering.
