<br />Casselberry to enact this ordinance establishing Municipal Services Impact Fees relating to <br />police and fire rescue services. <br /> <br />Section 55-3. Definitions. <br /> <br />Unless specifically defined below, words or phrases used in this article shall be interpreted to <br />give this article its most reasonable application, consistent with state and federal law and other <br />City and county regulations. The following words and phrases shall have the following meanings <br />unless the context requires otherwise: <br /> <br />(I) City Commission or City means the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Florida. <br /> <br />(2) Auto Sales includes facilities typically located along major arterials, and may include <br />automobile services, parts sales, and substantial used cars sales. <br /> <br />(3) Bank/Savings: Drive-in means a financial institution with facilities for motorists as well as <br />walk-in customers. <br /> <br />(4) Bank/Savings: Walk-in means a financial institution in a free standing building with its own <br />parking lot, and no drive-in windows. <br /> <br />(5) Bowling Alley means a recreational facility that includes bowling lanes, and possibly a <br />restaurant, snack bar, video games, and pool tables. <br /> <br />(6) Building means any structure whether temporary or permanent, built for the support, shelter, <br />or enclosure of persons, chattels, or property of any kind. This term shall include tents, trailers, <br />mobile homes, or any vehicles serving in any way the function of a Building. This term shall not <br />include temporary construction sheds or trailers erected to assist in construction and maintenance <br />during the term of a Building Permit. <br /> <br />(7) Building Permit means an official document or certificate issued by the authority, City or <br />county, having jurisdiction authorizing the commencement of construction of any Building or <br />parts thereof; the term also includes construction plan approval for new mobile home <br />development and new recreational vehicle spaces. <br /> <br />(8) Certificate of Occupancy means an official certificate issued by the City under the authority <br />of ordinance or law, authorizing the occupancy for its intended use of a building, or any portion <br />thereof. <br /> <br />(9) Church shall mean a structure used by a group of individuals for the practice of religion or <br />the profession offaith. <br /> <br />(10) Comprehensive Plan means the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry adopted and <br />amended pursuant to the Local Govemment Comprehensive PI arming and Land Development <br />Act. <br /> <br />Ordinance 06-1179 <br />Page 3 of II <br />
