<br />City Commission Meeting <br />August 14, 2006 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />representation of the City's interest in multi-agency projects. The key positions in the Public Works <br />Department that are currently vacant have created a need for assistance in the plans review area. The cost <br />associated with the services outlined in Supplement No 1 is $27,912.75; funds are available in the <br />Infrastructure Surtax Fund (114-0710-541.43). <br /> <br />Staff Recommendatiou: Approval of Resolution 06- 1700. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approved Resolution 06-1700, <br />Contract with CPH Engineers for Infrastructure Review Services as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissiouer Colleen S. Hufford and carried on a <br />5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />12. Other Items <br /> <br />A. Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report - Office of the State Attorney Norman R. Wolfinger- <br />Quarterly Billing for Ordinance Violations - $200.00 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Per legislation that went into effect July], 2004, the State Attorney's Office is required <br />to enter into contracts with the cities at a charge of$50 per hour. On June 24, 2004, the City of Casselberry <br />entered into an Agreement for prosecution of ordinance violations with the Office of the State Attorney and <br />the quarterly invoice for these services is attached. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approve as submitted. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to approve Special Invoice/Minor <br />Contract Report as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan <br />Doerner and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />13. Discussion Items <br /> <br />A. City Commission Meeting Rules and Procedures - City Manager and City Attorney <br /> <br />Mr. Eugene Miller presented a review of proposed meeting Rules and Procedures which would amend the <br />present Code of Parliamentary Procedures currently being used by the City Commission. He also outlined <br />the proposed new Agenda packet procedure. The cover sheet of each Agenda item will be submitted on blue <br />paper. <br /> <br />The Exhibits presented for Commission consideration are as follows: <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Code of Parliamentary Procedures <br />.
