Staff Presentation: Ordinance 06-1202 amends the Official Zoning Map to designate properties, Lots 3, 4, 5,6 and 7 of the Northeast Industrial Park Replat as I-M Zoning. The properties currently have a Seminole County Zoning of C3. This designation allows adult entertainment establishments and sexually oriented businesses as permitted use. The proposed properties for Industrial Medium future land use and I-M Zoning are located outside the 2,500 foot distance separation from schools mandated by Florida Statutes.
