<br />4) The I-M Zoning district is added to Table 2-5.4, "Size and Dimension Regulations",
<br />providing the requirements for such issues as setbacks, heights, floor area ratios, and open
<br />space.
<br />5) Section 2-7.28, Industrial Medium design and performance guidelines, is added that provides
<br />design requirements for I-M developments. Included in those guidelines are 100 foot setback
<br />from residential district, Type "D" buffering adjacentto a residential district, the Community
<br />Redevelopment District (CRD) color palette, and proper scale of the development based on
<br />the adjacent development.
<br />
<br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this application on June 28, 2005 and provided a favorable
<br />recommendation to the City Commission for first public hearing. The final public hearing will be scheduled
<br />for July 24, 2006.
<br />
<br />Audience Input: In addition to comments already submitted under Citizens' Comments, John Casselberry,
<br />700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, FL 32707, addressed the Commission and recommended the ordinance
<br />be delayed and revised by Legal Counsel who specializes in adult entertainment.

<br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve Ordinance 06-1200, Unified
<br />Land Development Regulations Amendments, I-M Zoning (LPA 06-12), as
<br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford and
<br />carried on a 5 - 0 vote.
