<br />City Commission Meeting <br />May 22, 2006 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve the Implementation ofMGT <br />Compensation Study Results and approve Budget Transfer Amendment in the <br />amount of $18,468, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Colleen S. Hufford and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />G. First Reading of Ordinance 06-1195 Zoning Map Amendment(ZB 06-03) - 851 Seminola Boulevard <br />and Adjacent Property to the East (Martin Van Duyvenbode) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1195 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN <br />ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OFRMF- <br />13 (RESIDENTIAL MUL TI-F AMIL Y, 13 UNITS PER ACRE) FOR THAT PARCEL <br />DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Ordinance 06-1195 is a request from Mr. Martin Van Duyvenbode to amend the City <br />Zoning Map classification from R-9 to RMF-13 for property located at 851 Seminola Boulevard to include <br />the adjacent vacant non-buildable flag lot property to the east. (ZB 06-03). The zoning change would be <br />compatible with the existing Future Land Use Map designation of Medium Density Residential. At their <br />meeting of April 28, 2006, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommendapproval <br />of the RMF-13 Zoning Map amendment to the City Commission for a final determination. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of Ordinance 06-1195 as presented. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve Ordinance 06-1195, ZB 06-03 <br />Zoning Change 851 Seminola Boulevard, as presented. First Reading of Ordinance 06-1196 - Future Land use Map Amendment (LPA 06-06) - 1316, 1324 <br />and 1332 Lake Drive (William Parramore) <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 06-1196 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMENDING THE <br />OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP, ESTABLISHING THE FUTURE LAND USE <br />MAP DESIGNATION OF MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) FOR THE <br />PARCEL AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
