<br />Staff Recommendation: Recommend approval of Resolution 06-1676 authorizing a contract with CPH
<br />Engineers, Inc. for Professional Infrastructure Review Services. Fees are based on an hourly rate.

<br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve Resolution 06-1676, CPH
<br />Engineers, Inc. Agreement for Infrastructure Services, as presented. Motion
<br />was seconded by Susan Doerner and carried on a 5 - 0 vote.

<br />E. Resolution 06-1677 - Agreement with Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Lopez, Rinehart, Inc. for
<br />Professional Infrastructure Review Services

<br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1677 by title as follows:

<br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
<br />THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH GLATTING, JACKSON,
<br />KERCHER, ANGLIN, LOPEZ, RINEHART, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
<br />INFRASTRUCTURE REVIEW SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
<br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE."

<br />Staff Presentation: Resolution 06-1677 authorizes an agreement with Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin,
<br />Lopez, Rinehart, Inc. for Professional Infrastructure Review Services. The City Commission, on March 13,
<br />2006, approved Resolution 06-1161 to authorize the City to contract with up to three firms that would
<br />provide infrastructure review services for the State Road 436 and U.S. Highway 17-92 Flyoverimprovements
<br />and other projects on an as-needed basis. Resolution 06-1677 and the preceding Resolution 06-1676 will
<br />fulfill this objective.

<br />F. Consideration for Implementation of MGT Compensation Study Results and Related Budget
<br />Transfer Request - $18,468
<br />
<br />Staff Presentation: Personnel presented the MGT Compensation Study which included 94 Non Bargaining
<br />positions. Ms. Vivo' recommended the Commission accept the results of the study as submitted and
<br />implement the study effective May 1, 2006. Also recommended a transfer of $18,468 to cover the
<br />implementation of the study results.
