RESOLUTION 06-1655 - FIRST RENEWAL OF HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ON S.R. 436 AND U.S. <br />HWY. 17-92 <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 06-1655 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO <br />THE FIRST RENEWAL OF THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Goucher stated Resolution 06-1655 provides for the first renewal of the Highway <br />Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the maintenance <br />ofSR 436 and US 17-92 in the amount of$60,41O.00 per year. Staff recommended approval of Resolution <br />06-1655 as presented. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />06-1655, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Cook. Motion carried unanimously 4 _ <br />o by voice vote. <br /> <br />E. SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES <br />(LIEUTENANT AND DEPUTY CHIEF) <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Stampfler recommended approval of the salary adjustments for Lieutenant Dennis <br />Stewart and Deputy Chief William McNeil as outlined Ms. Vivo's February I, 2006 inter-office <br />memorandum, which is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford moved to approve salary <br />adjustments for Police Lieutenant Dennis Stewart to <br />$64,966.22 and Police Deputy Chief William McNeil to <br />$70,979.45 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Cook. Motion carried unanimously 4 _ <br />o by voice vote. <br />
