APPOINTMENT OF CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOUTH SEMINOLE AND NORTH ORANGE COUNTY WASTEWATER TRANSMISSION AUTHORITY (SSNOCWTA) Staff Presentation: Mr. Stampflerrecommended appointment of Phyllis Wallace as the City Representative to the South Seminole and North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority, to replace Gerald Chancellor who has moved out of the City. MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Doerner to appoint Phyllis Wallace as the City Representative to the South Seminole and North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority for a term effective to September 30, 2008. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unauimously 4 - 0 by yoice vote. G. POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION PLAN REPORT _ INFORMA TION ONLY The City of Casselbeny Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board approved reports from Trusco Capital Management and Bogdahn Consulting for the year ending September 30, 2006. As required by Florida Statutes 112.661(15) the reports are submitted to the City Commission for informational purposes only. No action is required by the City Commission. H. LIST OF REVISED CITY IMPACT AND OPERATING FEES - INFORMATION ONLY Mr. Stampfler submitted a list of the revised impact and operating fees as requested at the February 13, 2006 meeting.
