Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution 05-1557, invoice information regarding attorney fees, initial contracts for projects, <br />award of bids and change orders on a project in excess of five (5%) percent are to be presented to the <br />Commission prior to payment. The following invoices and/or contracts are presented for Commission <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Award of State Contract /FSA Contract Police Vehicles <br />Five (5) 2006 Impalas - $1 19,860.00 <br />Two (2) 2006 Malibus -$ 32,288.00 <br />One (1) Tahoe $ 33,905.00 <br />with Budget Amendment $144, I 53.00 <br /> <br />$186,053.00 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Linda Hart to approve the <br />Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report as <br />presented. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />(5 - 0) <br /> <br />B. Approval of Site Plan SPR 05-1 0, Anchor Road Commerce Center, Lemon Lane and Anchor Road <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: SPR 05-10 relates to property located on Anchor Road near the extension of Lemon <br />Lane. The property is 5.71 acres and combined with the retention pond, total acreage is 6.9 and is zoned <br />I (Industrial). The request is by John Herbert, representing David MacGregor and Randall Burchmier of <br />Anchor Road Commerce Center, applicant. This requests is for site plan approval to build a 68,600 square <br />foot industrial complex for warehouse and office use. The project is proposed to be constructed in two <br />phases - Phase One (I) includes all infrastructure being completed, as well as the landscaping and <br />construction of proposed buildings 1 through 4. Phase Two (2) will be the construction of buildings 5 <br />through 8 which will complete the proposed site plan. Prior to the beginning of the second phase, the <br />applicant will be required to replat the property. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the site plan on December 28, 2005 and recommended <br />denial. The applicant submitted a revised plan that addressed the issues of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and requested staff present the revised plan to the City Commission for review at the January <br />23, 2006 meeting. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: Approval of the revised Site Plan to include the following 11 stipulations: <br /> <br />1) City Commission approves the site modification requestto ULDR Table 2-5.4 "Size and Dimensions <br />Regulation" to reduce the street front setback from 25' to 20'. <br /> <br />2) Applicant contributes $26,750 to the City's Tree Bank Fund in accordance with Section 3-14.8 of <br />the ULDR. Amount to be paid prior to issuance of any permits by the City. <br />
