First Reading ofOrdillallce 06-1173 - Parks Impact Fees <br /> <br />The City Clerk read ordinance 06-1173 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SUBSECTION J, IMPACT FEE FOR PARKS AND RECREATION, OF SECTION <br />4-19.2, REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS AND DESIGN CRITERIA, OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES, PART III, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS, TO REVISE THE PARK AND RECREATION IMPACT FEE; <br />PROVIDING AN ANNUAL INFLATION RATE FACTOR; PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
