<br />"Medical Office" shall mean a facility for individual or small groups of physicians, that <br />provide diagnoses and outpatient care, but not prolonged in-house medical or surgical <br />care. <br /> <br />"Mini-Warehouse" shall mean a building in which a storage unit or vault is rented for <br />the storage of goods. <br /> <br />"Mobile Home" shall mean manufactured homes, trailers, campers and recreational <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />"Motel" shall mean a place of lodging offering only sleeping accommodations and <br />possibly a restaurant. <br /> <br />"Movie Theater" shall mean a facility which consists of audience seating, single or <br />multiple screens and auditoriums, a lobby, and a refreshment stand. <br /> <br />"Mixed Use Road Impact Construction" shall mean a road impact construction in <br />which more than one impact fee land use category is contemplated, with each category <br />constituting a separate and identifiable enterprise not subordinate to or dependent on other <br />enterprises within the road impact construction. <br /> <br />"Multi-Purpose Recreation" shall mean a facility which contains two or more <br />recreational land uses combined at one site. For example: miniature golf, batting cages, <br />video arcade, bumper boats, go-carts and golf driving ranges. <br /> <br />"New Net Trip" shall mean the average daily external trips, as adjusted by the <br />impact fee study. <br /> <br />"Nursing Home" shall mean a facility whose primary function is to care for persons <br />unable to care for themselves, including rest homes (which are primarily for the aged) and <br />chronic and convalescent homes. <br /> <br />"Office" shall mean a building housing one or more tenants where the affairs of a <br />business, commercial or industrial organization, professional person or firm are conducted. <br /> <br />"Offsite Improvements" shall mean road improvements located outside of the <br />boundaries of a road impact construction which are required by the City in order to serve <br />external trips, but not including access improvements. <br /> <br />"Owner" shall mean the person holding legal title to the real property upon which the <br />road impact construction is to occur. <br /> <br />Page 8 of 27 <br />
