<br />procedures of and meeting the criteria specified by the City. A collector road shall include <br />those portions of an intersection with an arterial or local road that are a necessary and <br />integral element of the design of the traffic flow on the collector road. <br /> <br />"Commercial Impact Fee Land Use Category" shall mean the impact fee land use <br />categories listed under the retail heading in the schedule incorporated in Section 67-11 for <br />Citywide road impact fees. <br /> <br />"Comprehensive Plan" shall mean the comprehensive plan ofthe City adopted and <br />amended pursuant to the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land <br />Development Regulation Act. <br /> <br />"Condominium" shall mean a single-family or time-sharing ownership unit that has <br />at least one other similar unit within the same building structure. The term Condominium <br />includes all fee-simple or titled multi-unit structures, including townhouses and duplexes, <br />The term Condominium includes single-family detached houses on lots less than 50 feet <br />wide, such as zero-lot line homes. <br /> <br />"Convenience Market" shall mean a facility typically open from 15 to 24 hours daily <br />selling primarily a limited assortment offood, food preparation and wrapping materials and <br />household cleaning and servicing items. Convenience markets may also sell fuel for motor <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />"Designated Arterial Road" shall mean an arterial road which is listed for <br />improvement in the impact fee study or subsequently added, and which is used as the <br />basis for calculating the Citywide road impact fees. <br /> <br />"Designated Collector Road" shall mean a collector road which is listed for <br />improvement in the impact fee study or subsequently added, and which is used as the <br />basis for calculating the Citywide road impact fees. <br /> <br />"Designated Local Road" shall mean a local road which is listed for improvement in <br />the impact fee study or subsequently added, and which is used as the basis for calculating <br />the Citywide road impact fees. <br /> <br />"Discount Store" shall mean free-standing facilities with off street parking that offer <br />a variety of customer services, centralized cashiering, and a wide range or products. They <br />typically maintain long store hours seven days a week, and may be found in mutual <br />operation with a related or unrelated garden center or service station. <br /> <br />"Drinking Place" consists offacilities where alcoholic beverages and snacks may be <br />served. Entertainment may consist of live or recorded shows, music, television screens, <br />video games, or pool tables. <br /> <br />Page 5 of 27 <br />
