<br />"Bank/Savings: drive-in" shall mean a financial institution with facilities for motorists <br />as well as walk-in customers. <br /> <br />"Bank/Savings: walk-in" shall mean a financial institution in a free standing building <br />with its own parking lot, and no drive-in windows. <br /> <br />"Bowling Alley" shall mean a recreational facility that includes bowling lanes, and <br />possibly a restaurant, snack bar, video games, and pool tables. <br /> <br />"Building" shall mean any structure, either temporary or permanent, built for the <br />support, shelter or enclosure of persons, chattels or property of any kind. This term shall <br />include tents, trailers, mobile homes or any vehicles serving in any way the function of a <br />building. This term shall not include temporary construction sheds or trailers erected to <br />assist in construction and maintained during the term of the building permit. <br /> <br />"Building Permit" shall mean an official document or certificate issued by the City <br />under the authority of an ordinance or law, authorizing the construction or siting of any <br />building or parts thereof. The term shall also include tie down permits for structures or <br />buildings, such as a mobile home, that do not require a building permit in order to be <br />occupied. <br /> <br />"Certificate of Occupancy" shall mean an official certificate issued by the City under <br />the authority of ordinance or law, authorizing the occupancy for its intended use of a <br />building, or any portion thereof, within a road impact construction. <br /> <br />"Church" shall mean a structure used primarily by a group of individuals for the <br />practice of religion or the profession of faith. <br /> <br />"City" shall mean the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />"City Engineer" shall mean the professional engineer responsibleforthe City's major <br />road system, or the designee of such person. <br /> <br />"Citywide Road Impact Fee" shall mean the fee imposed by the City pursuant to <br />Section 67-11, or, if applicable, the alternative Citywide road impact fee. <br /> <br />"City Road System" shall mean the road system of the City as defined in F. S. <br />§334.03(3) or its statutory successor in function. <br /> <br />"Collector Road" shall mean a road on the major road system and classified by the <br />state department of transportation utilizing the definition established in F. S. §334.03(4) or <br />its statutory successor in function, or a road classified as a collector road under the <br /> <br />Page 4 of 27 <br />
