Reduction of Code Enforcement Lien - CE-2001-165, 60-66 Griggs Avenue <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: A request was presented to the Commission for reduction of Code Enforcement Lien <br />regarding property at 60-66 Griggs A venue, Casselberry, Florida, owned by Ms. Lee FeverieL The Code <br />Enforcement Board recommended a reduction of the lien from $36,800.00 to $3,680.00. A summary of the <br />actions taken by the City is attached for ready reference. Ms. Feverier requested the Commission waive the <br />fine completely due to mitigating circumstances. This request is consistent with the requirements of <br />Ordinance 05-1157, which governs satisfaction of liens. <br /> <br />Audience Inpnt: Ms. Muriel P. Desir, Agent for the owner Ms. Lee Feverier, requested a waiver ofthe lien <br />indicating that all code violations were brought into compliance before the extension date. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S, Hufford to approve the rednction of lien <br />for CE-2001-165, 60-66 Griggs Avenue to $3,680,00, payable in 30 days; ; if <br />the lien is not satisfied within 30 days, it reverts back to $36,800.00.
