<br />1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708, hereinafter referred to as "CITIES" or
<br />"CITY" and SEMINOLE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />address is Seminole County Services Building, 1101 East First Stre~t, Sanford, Florida 32771,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY;"

<br />WI TN ESSETH:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the CITIES and COUNTY desire to promote public education and resource
<br />management; and
<br />WHEREAS, the CITIES and COUNTY desire to maintain and assist in the improvement
<br />of water quality and preserve and eDhance the environmental quality of streams and receiving
<br />waters; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 402(P)(2), Federal Clean Water Act, Certain political
<br />entities are required to implement stormwater management programs within certain time frames
<br />and in which public education is an important component of said program; and
<br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY has entered into the "Agreement between Seminole County
<br />and the University of South Florida for work on the Seminole County Watershed Atlas Project"
