dated July 13, 1999 to develop and maintain a centralized database called the Seminole County Watershed Atlas; and WHEREAS, the CITIES and COUNTY desire to develop and maintain a centralized database, called the Seminole County Watershed Atlas, containing all existing surface water information, which will be made available to the public via the World Wide Web. WHEREAS, the CITIES and COUNTY have approved the concept of intergovernmental cooperation to develop and maintain the Seminole County Watershed Atlas. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements and promises contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledge, the parties agree as follows: Section 1. Purpose, The purpose of this Agreement IS to set forth the relationship of the CITIES, and COUNTY with respect to the general responsibilities of the CITIES and COUNTY in supporting development and long term maintenance of the Seminole County Watershed Atlas. Section 2. General Responsibilities. (a) The CITIES and COUNTY are responsible for providing funding for the development and maintenance for the Seminole County Watershed Atlas. The Seminole County Watershed Atlas Project is described in the attached Exhibit A to this Agreement, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Exhibit A is composed of the "Agreement between Seminole County and the University of South Florida for work on the Seminole County Watershed Atlas Project" dated July 13, 1999, consisting of seven (7) pages plus the Exhibits to the Agreement. The agreed funding obligations of the CITIES is set forth in the attached Exhibit B, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The COUNTY shall administer the collections of the funding obligations fi-om the CITIES and pay such funds to the University of South Florida under the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached as Exhibit A.
