RESOLUTION 05-1631 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT PROVIDING JOINT FUNDING FOR THE WATERSHED ATLAS BETWEEN MUNICIPALITIES AND SEMINOLE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE," WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Interlocal Agreement dated November 29, 2001 which provided for the development and Maintenance of the Seminole County Watershed Atlas (hereafter the "Original Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit "A") was for five (5) years with two (2) one-year optional renewals; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the term of the Original Agreement indefinitely, subject to a right of termination. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves The First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement Providing Joint Funding For the Watershed Atlas Between Municipalities and Seminole County (attached hereto as Exhibit "B"), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III, Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED this Iii day of , -AD 2005.
