<br />RESOLUTION 05-1631 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING <br />THE EXECUTION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO INTERLOCAL <br />AGREEMENT PROVIDING JOINT FUNDING FOR THE WATERSHED ATLAS <br />BETWEEN MUNICIPALITIES AND SEMINOLE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE," <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Interlocal Agreement dated November 29, <br />2001 which provided for the development and Maintenance of the Seminole County Watershed <br />Atlas (hereafter the "Original Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit "A") was for <br />five (5) years with two (2) one-year optional renewals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the term of the Original Agreement indefinitely, <br />subject to a right of termination. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves The First <br />Amendment to Interlocal Agreement Providing Joint Funding For the Watershed Atlas Between <br />Municipalities and Seminole County (attached hereto as Exhibit "B"), and authorizes the Mayor to <br />execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION III, Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, <br />force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
