<br />in said statutes. shall mean solid waste that can reQuire snecial handling and <br />management. including. but not limited to. white goods. waste tires. used oil. <br />lead acid batteries. construction demolition debris. ash residue. vard trash and <br />biological waste. <br /> <br />2. The definition for Recyclable or Recyclable Materials of Section 2, Definitions and <br />Interpretations, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Recyclable or Recyclable Material shall mean components of solid waste <br />capable of being recycled, including newspaper; glass; food and beverage <br />containers; aluminum tinplated steel and bi-metal cans; polyethylene <br />terephthalate (PET) and high-density polyethylene (HOPE); and any other <br />solid waste materials which are ITom time to time designated by tl,(, City <br />Florida Statutes. Recyclable materials include those generated by both <br />residential and commercial establishments. <br /> <br />3. The definition for Residential Solid Waste of Section 2, Definitions and <br />Interpretations, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Residential Solid Waste shall mean Garbage, Trash and Bulk Trash resulting <br />from the normal housekeeping activities of a Dwelling Unit, but shall not <br />include Vegetative Waste. Residential Solid Wasle shall also mean <br />Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) resulting from minor home repair <br />from the Dwelling Unit nerformed bv the occunant. Said material shall not <br />exceed that which could be nlaced in 39 gallon industry tvpe standard garbage <br />receptacle. If the weight or size exceeds those for a 39 gallon container. such <br />materials would not be picked UP and disposed ofbv the Contractor. unless <br />snecial arrangements (fee) are made between the Contractor and the <br />customer. <br /> <br />4. The definition for Service Area of Section 2, Definitions and Interpretations, is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Service Area shall mean the entire city limits of the City of Casselberry, <br />including areas with private streets and anv areas that mav be from time to <br />time annexed bv the Citv of Casselberry. <br /> <br />5. The definition for Solid Waste of Section 2, Definitions and Interpretations, is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Solid Waste shall mean Garbage, Trash, Bulk Trash, and Vegetative Waste <br />as defined bv Florida Statutes. Section 403.703(13). as mav from time to time <br />be amended. <br /> <br />2 <br />
