APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DELEGATE AT FLORIDA LEAGUE OF CITIES <br />ANNUAL CONFERENCE <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated the City Commission has traditionally in the past appointed the <br />Mayor to serve as the voting delegate, but noted that the appointment could be filled with any Commissioner <br />attending the conference. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart moved to appoint Mayor Goff as the <br />City of Casselberry's voting delegate at the Florida <br />League of Cities Annual Conference in Orlando, <br />Angust 18 - 21, 2005. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br />O. RESOLUTION 05-1606 - FIRST AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL LEASE FOR <br />"TRACT D" BETWEEN CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND RICHARD & <br />LEONARD CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1606 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THECITYOF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AFIRST AMENDMENT TOT HE COMMERCIAL LEASE BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND LEONARD CASSELBERRY AND RICHARD <br />CASSELBERRY, TRUSTEE, TO EXTEND THE TERM FOR 30 DAYS; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Goucher stated Resolution 05-1606 provides for thirty day extension to the <br />commercial lease between the City of Casselberry and Leonard Casselberry and Richard Casselbeny, Trustee <br />for Tract D in order to remove personal property from the site. Staff recommended approval of Resolution <br />05-1606. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1606 as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br />
