CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Goff called the regular meeting of the City Commission to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />II. INVOCATION <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart gave the invocation. <br /> <br />III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />IV. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve the agenda <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />VI. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />No presentations were scheduled for this meeting. <br /> <br />VII. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />1) Sharon Rutherford, 300 Secret Way Circle, voiced concerns regarding the City's current <br />regulations that prohibit off-site garage sale signs, and requested that the City consider either <br />requiring a large deposit to place off-site signs or a fee for regulated signs to be provided by <br />the City. Ms. Rutherford noted the current regulations are being ignored by the majority of <br />residents and a lot of code enforcement staff time is being wasted removing the signs. <br /> <br />2) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 South Triplet Lake Drive, voiced concerns regarding the recent <br />sharing of police data records with the Sheriff's Office, and the possible elimination ofthe <br />Animal Control division.
