Mrs. Sheppard also voiced concerns regarding possible <br />consolidation of other municipal services with the County such as fire, rescue and parks. <br />Mrs. Sheppard commended the Interim City Manager and stafffor their dedicated service <br />while the City searches for a new City Manager. <br /> <br />3) Sandra Solomon, President, Carriage Hill Homeowners Association, 6 Baybeny Branch, <br />stated she was eager for the development of the town center as proposed by Unicorp and <br />in her opinion it would have a positive impact on the City's economy and image. <br /> <br />4) John Casselbeny, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding the lack of a <br />representation agreement between the City and the Stenstrom McIntosh law firm. Mr. <br />Casselbeny stated he thought the Charter required that Charter Officers be designated <br />annually. <br /> <br />VIII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A.
