~---- -- CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselbeny held an Executive Session at 6:1S p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room and a Regular meeting in the Commission Chambers at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 2S, 200S, Casselbeny City Hall, 9S Triplet Lake Drive, Casselbeny, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bob Goff, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #S Linda C. Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #3 Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner - Seat #4 Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Tony Segreto, Interim City Manager/Public Works Director Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Donna G. Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director Bill Goucher, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer Chuck J ones, Parks Maintenance Supervisor Donald Harkins, Fire Chief Bill McNeil, Deputy Police Chief John Pavlis, Police Chief Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session was held at 6: IS p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor negotiations with the bargaining agent for the Coastal Police Benevolent Association police lieutenant unit. Executive Sessions are held by the City Commission for the purpose of discussion oflabor matters; they are not open to the general public pursuant to Florida Statutes 447 .60S. All members of the City Commission were present. Also present atthe session were Tony Segreto, Interim City Manager; Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director; John Pavlis, Police Chief; and Jeffrey Mandel, City Labor Attorney. Mayor Goff adjourned the Executive Session at 6:S8 p.m.
