Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat #3 <br />Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner - Seat #4 <br />Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 <br />Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 <br /> <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Tony Segreto, Interim City Manager/Public Works Director <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Bill Goucher, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />Chuck J ones, Parks Maintenance Supervisor <br />Donald Harkins, Fire Chief <br />Bill McNeil, Deputy Police Chief <br />John Pavlis, Police Chief <br />Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator <br />Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director <br />Richard Wells, Community Development Director <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />An Executive Session was held at 6: IS p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor <br />negotiations with the bargaining agent for the Coastal Police Benevolent Association police lieutenant unit. <br />Executive Sessions are held by the City Commission for the purpose of discussion oflabor matters; they are <br />not open to the general public pursuant to Florida Statutes 447 .60S. All members of the City Commission <br />were present. Also present atthe session were Tony Segreto, Interim City Manager; Cristina Vivo, Personnel <br />Director; John Pavlis, Police Chief; and Jeffrey Mandel, City Labor Attorney. Mayor Goff adjourned the <br />Executive Session at 6:S8 p.m. <br />
