a) All visible or identified improvements, trees 6" and greater in diameter, and above
ground utilities within the proposed sewer easements will be located.
b) Elevations to be taken at all pipe inverts, center of driveways and along the swale
at the property corners.
c) Sunshine One Call will be notified to have underground utilities flagged.
Underground utility locations shall be based upon the response of those
companies notified by Sunshine One Call.
d) Building corners and finished floor elevations located.
e) Topographic data from 15' outside of road right of way to centerline.
f) 100 foot cross sections.
g) Right of ways based on recovered monuments and County Road Maps, Plats and
deeds (when available) as shown in the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
h) No Title Opinion or Abstract of Title will be prepared or ordered by the Surveyor.
i) Digital information provided to Engineer for drawing base. No "published"
drawings to be prepared for public release.
D Sketch of Descriptions are not included as a Survey Service at this time.
k) Topographic survey of the lift station site assuming one lot.
I) Boundary of lift station lot.

2.1.4 Identify easements needed along the proposed alignment/corridor for the gravity sewer.
Easements will be identified by lot descriptions or general corridor descriptions and will not
be based on survey information at this time. We can provide survey services to identify the
easements including sketches of description and will provide an estimate per easement
under a separate proposal if desired by the City. We will be able to more clearly identify the
easements and determine a price after the survey and preliminary design is complete.
There are several takings along Seminola Boulevard by the County that make the property
descriptions difficult to determine at this time without further research. Title searches will be
required which will help determine the status and description of the previous takings by
others. We will identify the parcels and request that the City obtain these through their land
acquisition consultant.

2.1.5 Retain the services of a geotechnical engineer. The scope of work is attached after the
CPH manpower breakdown.

2.1.6 The ENGINEER will prepare the project construction documents. These documents will
include the required plan and profile views and the necessary construction details and
notes for the project. The construction documents will also include preparation of the
construction specification documents for the project. The ENGINEER will submit five (5)
sets of construction documents to the City for review and comment at the 30%, 60% and
90% complete levels. The 60% plans will be utilized in a review meeting with the OWNER.
The 90% level of completion of the construction documents shall be at a level to allow the
project to be permitted.

2.1.7 The 90% plans will be utilized in a review meeting with the OWNER.

2.1.8 Following the 90% review by the City, the ENGINEER will prepare and submit five (5) sets
of 100% complete construction documents. Included with this submittal will be the
submission of the electronic drawing files and the technical specifications. The drawing files

3
