<br />SECTION 1 <br />PURPOSE OF SUPPLEMENT <br /> <br />The purpose of this Supplement is to provide for Engineering Services, more specifically <br />itemized herein, in the preparation of the design of a gravity sewerage system to the area <br />identified below and in accordance with the recommended and approved alternates for this area <br />in the report entitled "Seminola Boulevard Sewerage Corridor Study", March 2005. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />2.0 General <br /> <br />We have identified the recommended sewerage system(s) for the areas along Seminola Blvd. <br />The report has been submitted and approved by the Commission and the City is now moving <br />ahead with the design of the recommended alternative(s). <br /> <br />2.1 Sewerage Corridor Design <br /> <br />2.1.1 Collect and review available information such as maps, aerials, surveys, easements, ROW <br />records, plans, record drawings, soils investigation reports, and standards that may be <br />pertinent to execution of the Project such as: <br /> <br />a) Castle Woods plans <br />b) Seminola Roadway plans <br />c) Reclaimed water main plans (CPH files) <br />d) Winter Park Drive plans (sewerage) and for Five Points Lift Station (CPH files) <br /> <br />2.1.2 Design criteria will be based on City of Casselberry design standards and the following: <br /> <br />a) 300 gpd per household for existing or proposed residential properties and 2000 <br />gpd per acre for commercial or undefined industrial properties or undeveloped <br />property. If a known entity exists, the flows from that facility will be utilized as the <br />minimum figure. <br />b) 8-inch minimum sewer size. <br />c) PVC sewer pipe. <br />d) Single laterals. <br />e) Sewer lateral depth at the proposed point of connection with approximately four <br />(4) feet of cover. <br /> <br />2.1.3 Provide a survey of the route as per Chapter 61 G17 -6 of the Florida administrative code <br />(the minimum technical standards of surveying and mapping of the State of Florida). <br /> <br />2 <br />
