RESOLUTION 05-1582 - SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 TO <br />CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ELECTRICAL DESIGN <br />ASSOCIATES FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING REDESIGN SERVICES FOR <br />CITY HALL AND PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATION BUDILING ST ANDY <br />POWER SYSTEMS & RELATED BUDGET TRANSFER <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1582 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUfHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 2 TO THE CONTINUING <br />SERVICES CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH <br />ELECTRICAL DESIGN ASSOCIATES (EDA), EXECUTED NOVEMBER 10,2003, FOR <br />DESIGN OF THE ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE <br />STANDBY ELECTRICAL POWER TO CITY HALL AND THE PUBLIC WORKSIFIRE <br />DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />BTR #05-35: <br /> <br />INCREASE Acct. #001-0190-519-31.00 <br />(General Fund Non-Departmental Professional Services) <br />DECREASE Acct. #001-0190-519-58.00 <br />(Contingency Reserve) <br /> <br />$24,540.00 <br /> <br />$24,540.00 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-1582 provides for a supplemental agreement with <br />Electrical Design Associates for the redesign of electrical systems for City Hall and the Public WorkslFire <br />Department Administration Building including generator installation. Staff recommended approval of <br />Resolution 05-1582 and related BTR #05-35. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve Resolution <br />05-1582 and related Budget Transfer #05-35 as <br />presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />D. SPR 03-13 AND SP 03-05 CENTEX HOMES/LEGACY PARK SITE PLAN AND <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Wells stated Centex Homes is requesting site plan and preliminary plat approval <br />for the development of 33 7 residential units consisting of 187 single family units and 150 town home units. <br />The proposed development is located within the Legacy Park Planned Development and was designed in <br />accordance with the architectural and site design guidelines adopted into the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Section 2-7 .26, "Seminola Boulevard Overlay District (SB-2) Design Guidelines".
