RESOLUTION 05-1581 - CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH ALTAIR <br />ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP FOR SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM REPAIR & <br />RELATED BUDGET TRANSFER <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 05-1581 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,AUTHORIZINGTHE <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THEINVESTIGA TION, REHABlLIT ATION, <br />AND REPAIR OF THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM WITH ALTAIR <br />ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />BTR #05-34: <br /> <br />INCREASE Acct. #401-0751-536-46.03 <br />(Repair & Maintenance - Sewer) <br />INCREASE Acct. #401-369-93.00 <br />(Miscellaneous Income) <br /> <br />$115,000.00 <br /> <br />$115,000.00 <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto stated Resolution 05-1581 provides for a cooperative purchase and <br />agreement with Altair Environmental Group, LLC for investigation, rehabilitation and repair of the sanitary <br />sewer collection system of Lake Kathryn Village and Estates. The South Seminole North Orange County <br />Wastewater Transmission Authority (SSNOCTW A) has $115,657.36 in escrow for the City of Casselberry <br />that this work will be reimbursed from, as outlined in Budget Transfer Request #05-34. Staff recommended <br />approval of Resolution 05-1581 and BTR #05-34. <br /> <br />Audience Participation: No audience comment request forms were received for this item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hart moved to approve Resolution 05-1581 <br />and related Budget Transfer #05-34 as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />
