ENGINEER shall coordinate with the local utility company as to the relocation of the normal power feed to both the City Hall and Public Works Admin buildings and associated pad-mounted transformers. 4. ENGINEER shall provide fuel piping design associated with the proposed generator systems at City Hall and the Public Works/Fire Administration Building. 5. ENGINEER shall obtain the services of a registered structural engineer for the foundation design associated with the proposed 250 kW generator and the relocated 125 kW generator. 6. ENGINEER shall prepare project specifications and opinion of probable construction costs. SECTION 3 SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES OF THE ENGINEER A. If authorized by the OWNER, the ENGINEER shall furnish or obtain from others, supplementary services of the fOllowing types which will be paid for by the OWNER as an additional cost as outlined in Section 5. B. Additional services due to significant changes in the scope of the project or its design including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, character of construction, or due to time delays in initiating or completion of the work as described herein. C. Provide through sub consultants, surveys, soils, environmental scientist services, construction quality control testing or other specialist services. If these services are subsequently determined advisable during the course of the work, they may be considered for authorization as an additional service under this Section or separately provided by the OWNER. D. Except as otherwise provided therein, services or additional costs associated with revising previously accepted studies, reports or other documents prepared by the ENGINEER when such revisions are due to causes beyond the ENGINEER's control. E. Additional services resulting form public protests, administrative hears or similar matters.
