<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 24. 2005 - Regular Meeting <br />PageS of17 <br /> <br />16) Charlene Glancy, 210 NE Triplet Drive, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 and <br />requested the City Commission send the matter back to the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />for further review of staff's additional areas of concern. <br /> <br />17) Rosemary Stevens, 233 Hill Street, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 and <br />requested the City Commission send the matter back to the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />for further review of staff's additional areas of concern. <br /> <br />18) Karen Sherman McRainey, 239 Tallwood Drive, stated she was a member of the Board <br />of Directors of the Concord Woods Homeowners Association and spoke in opposition to <br />Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />19) Dana Quinn, 361 Marigold Road, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />20) Arlin Armour, 2027 Cree Trail, President of the Indian Hills Homeowners Association, <br />stated he was representing his association and spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />21) Keith Murphy, 280 Wetumpa Court, submitted pictures of a commercial vehicle and <br />trailer parked on his street to the City Commission and spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04- <br />1151. <br /> <br />22) Sandra Solomon, 6 Bayberry Branch, President of the Carriage Hill Homeowners <br />Association, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 and submitted a petition signed by <br />50 citizens opposed to Ordinance 04-1151. Said petition is attached to aud made a part <br />ofthese minutes. <br /> <br />23) Bernard Fudim, 906 Niblick Drive, spoke in opposition to 04-1151. <br /> <br />24) JeffWiltzius, 361 Violet Dell Drive, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />25) Garrett George, 250 Oak Park Place, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />26) Kathy Hale, 325 Southcot Drive, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />27) Ed Bowman, 280 Lake Griffin Circle, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 and <br />requested the City Commission send the matter back to the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />for further review of staff's additional areas of concern. <br /> <br />28) Bill Stephens, Wyndham Woods (did not disclose street address), Executive Director <br />of the Christian Coalition of Florida, submitted a letter in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 <br />which was read into the record by Garrett George. A copy of Mr. Stephens' letter is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />29) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 <br />and requested the City Commission send the matter back to the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission for further review of staff's additional areas of concern. <br />
