Mr. Petty's written comments are attached to and made a part ofthese minutes. <br /> <br />35) Thomas Dansberger, 221 South Triplet Lake Drive, spoke in favor of Ordinance 04- <br />1151. <br /> <br />36) Joe Ryder, 1926 Water Lane, member of the Branch Tree Homeowners Association, <br />spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151 and requested the City Commission send the <br />matter back to the Planning & Zoning Commission for further review of staff's additional <br />areas of concern. <br /> <br />37) Shirley Peters, 3055 Autumn Court, spoke in opposition to Ordinance 04-1151. <br /> <br />38) Edward Fraser, 866 Moonluster Drive, declined his opportunity to address Ordinance <br />04-1151. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Goff closed the public hearing. Mayor Goff declared a recess at 9:44 p.m. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 9:55 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Cook moved to approve Ordinance 04- <br />1151 as presented. Mayor Goff passed the gavel to <br />Vice Mayor Hart and seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Commission Discussion: Discussion ensued regarding the additional concerns brought forth by staff <br />regarding commercial vehicle parking, private use vehicles that exceed the weight limit, and possible impacts <br />to property values. Mayor Goffbrought forth information he obtained from the Property Appraiser's Office <br />regarding market impacts from properties with code enforcement blight issues, and stated the data did not <br />show any market impact to surrounding properties. Commissioner Hufford voiced concerns regarding the <br />data Mayor Goff obtained and requested that the Mayor provide copies of the information obtained from the <br />Property Appraiser's Office to the members ofthe City Commission. Mayor Goff submitted the information <br />to the City Clerk to be distributed to the City Commission. Mayor Goff proposed the following <br />modifications to Ordinance 04-1151: <br />
