EmDlovee Baraainina Unit Aareements. <br /> <br />When this Chapter differs with specific items aoreed upon between the City of Casselberry and <br />an employee baroainino unit, the employee baroainino unit aoreement shall take precedence. <br />The emplovee baroainino unit contractls) delineates the provisions of employment for emplovee <br />unitls). <br /> <br />Sec. 62.5. Administration. <br /> <br />The Personnel Director shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the City's <br />Personnel SYstem. The Personnel Director will act as a liaison to the Civil Service Board and <br />may deleoate the administration responsibilities to staff as appropriate. <br /> <br />Sec. 62.6. Amendments. <br /> <br />The Personnel Director shall present to the City Manaoer such rules. reoulations and chanoes as <br />are necessary for the effective administration of the oersonnel system. The Personnel Director <br />shall promuloate amendments, chanoes or revisions to the Personnel Policies. Followino review <br />and concurrence of the City Manaoer. Personnel Policies chanoes will be presented to the City <br />Commission for final approyal. <br /> <br />Sec. 62.7. Eaual EmDlovment ODDortunitv. <br /> <br />(a) It is the policy of the City of Casselberry. Americans With Disabilities Act. <br /> <br />The Americans With Disabilities Act IADA) prohibits discrimination based on disability by private <br />employers. state and local oovernments. mass transit aoencies and Dublic accommodations. It is <br />the policy of the City of Casselberry. Florida to make reasonable accommodations for any and all <br />employees fallino under the ouidelines of the ADA. The ADA coordinator for the City of <br />Casselberry is the Director of Personnel.
