City Commission Meeting May 12, 2003 Page 9 The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1415 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING 50 FOOT PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY (NAME NOT DESIGNATED) LOCATED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation: The Public Works Director presented a petition from John and Patricia Bullock to vacate, abandon the entire 50 foot roadway between Block 3 and Block 4 of Amended Plat of Seminola Park as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 28, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and connecting to the roadways known as Hill Street and North East Triplet. The right- of-way is being vacated pursuant to State Statutes. The area does not have any utilities and there are no plans for any City utilities in the area to be vacated Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution 03-1418 for the vacating and abandoning of 50 foot right-of-way area as stipulated. MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Al Clark to approve Resolution 03-1418, Vacating and Abandoning 50 foot right, Block 3 and 4 of Amended Plat of Seminola Park, as presented. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 6. Resolution 03-1419 - Award of Bid for CDBG Wolf Trail Improvements MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark to read Resolution 03- 1419, Award of Bid for CDBG Wolf Trail Improvements, by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1419 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORfDA, AUTHORIZING MASCI CORPORATION TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE CDBG WOLF TRAIL NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
