City Commission Meeting May 12, 2003 Page 7 A corrected copy of the Staff Report was distributed to the City Commission. The correction relative to Section 3 was as follows: 3. Maintenance o]~Ri~ht-o£-gVa¥ -Seminole County currently maintains both Pine Street and Lakeview Drive. These responsibilities will not change as a result of this annexation. Should the City annex a substantially larger amount of property in the area, maintenance responsibilities with the County will be re-negotiated. Staff Recommendation: Approval on first reading of Ordinance 03-1084 as amended in Section 3. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Ordinance 03- 1084, Annexation of 2904 Lakeview Drive, be approved as amended. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote. The Public Hearing for Ordinance 03-1084 will be scheduled for June 9, 2003. 4. Ordinance 03-1085 - Annexation of Two Acres of Vacant Land on Belle Avenue MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner A! Clark that Ordinance 03- 1085, Annexation of Two Acres of Vacant Land on Belle Avenue, be read by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by roll call vote. The City Clerk read Ordinance 03-1085 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO ANNEXATION; MAKING FINDINGS; ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 21S, RANGE 30E; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE INTERIM PROVISION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN COUNTY LICENSEES FOLLOWING THEIR BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION WITHIN THE LANDS TO BE ANNEXED MAY CONTINUE TO FOLLOW SUCH BUSINESS, TRADE OR PROFESSION
