The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 5. Resolution 03-1416 Amendment 1 to State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement CS12056116P MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03-1416, State Revolving Loan Agreement Amendment, be read by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1416 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, EXECUTING THE STATE REVOLVING FUND AMENDMENT 1 TO LOAN AGREEMENT CS12056116P; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation - On October 22, 2001, the City of Casselberry executed a State Revolving Loan Agreement for engineering and administrative allowances for expansion of the reclaimed water distribution system. Amendment I provides for final adjustments of allowances based on actual amounts of disbursements. Staff Recommendation - Approval of Resolution 03-1416. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03-1416, State Revolving Loan Agreement Amendment, be approved as presented. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 6. Resolution 03-1417 First Amendment to the Fiber Optic Communication Network Interlocal Agreement MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03-1417, Fiber Optic Interlocal Agreement, be read by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried unanimously by voice vote.
