City Commission Meeting April 28, 2003 Page 10 The City Clerk read Resolution 03-1414 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2002 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2003; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation - The total budget amendments for the second quarter was $246,328. Staff Recommendation - Approval of Resolution 03-1414. MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark to approve Resolution 03- 1414, Second Quarter Budget Amendments, as presented. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried unanimously by voice vote. 4. Resolution 03-1415 Transportation Interlocal Aereement with Seminole County School Board MOTION: Moved by Vice Mayor/Commissioner Al Clark that Resolution 03~1415, Transportation Interlocal Agreement with the Seminole County School Board, be read by title only. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kathy Cook and carried unanimously by voice vote. The City Clerk mad Resolution 03-1415 by title as follows: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD RELATING TO THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE CITY SPONSORED PROGRAMS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Staff Presentation - The City of Casselberry contracts with the Seminole County School Board for the provision of school buses for transportation services. The City has entered into this contract for the past nine year and is primarily used by the Parks and Recreation Department to transport children on field trips during summer programs. The fee for the service is at an hourly rate of $25.00. Staff Recommendation - Approve Resolution 03-1415 for the period of March 30, 2003 through March 30, 2004.
